Lassie puppies??	The Lassie Network has received several inquires about "Lassie" puppies that are being offered for sale. There are currently no puppies available for adoption and no plans to breed in the near future.

Lassie helps present Emmy Award In September, Lassie helped Cesar Milan present an Emmy at the 60th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards show News! World’s Most Famous Dog to Plug Drink on British TV Highland Spring Water Is To Use Lassie In Advert Campaign: The world’s most recognised dog, Lassie is to star in a new advertisement campaign by Highland Spring called ‘Iconic Love’. Featuring alongside other famous tender moments from films of the 1930’s and 1940’s, Lassie will feature in a new poster and press advertising campaign. The posters show a black and white scene from Lassie Come Home (1943) where a young Roddy McDowall receives a bottle of Highland Spring from Lassie. The strap line used is ”Now, that’s true love”. The ad campaign was released 5/18/09, with a billboard at the site of the 2012 Olympic village in east London.
		Indian animator DQ Entertainment (DQE) has joined up with Classic Media to coproduce a series based on Classic Media's canine character Lassie. Other partners include M6 in France, ZDF in Germany and other DQE affiliates in France and Ireland.

		Artist Machteld Van Buren of Holland writes- "In the early 1990's I have made 8 large portrets of lassie as a installation about icons in art...I introduced lassie as a fine art icon... 4 of these works ended up in promenent dutch musea's...It was a trill to make them and thrue out amsterdam I'm still known for the dogserie.. hope you like them to...for me it is also a tribute to loyalty!." Welcome Home Lassie! Lassie has returned from "across the pond"! After a few years in UK, Classic/Entertainment Rights has been sold to a US Company- Boomerang Media. The owners of Boomerang are no strangers to Lassie. In fact, they were with Lassie at Broadway Video back in 1995 when lassie.net first started, and Jerry Seinfeld's wife Jessica was our first contact. They stayed with Lassie up until the UK sale but saw the opportunity to bring Lassie back home under Boomerang. This is great news for Lassie and Lassie fans that have been hoping for new activities for Lassie. Stay right here at lassie.net for all the latest news on the official Lassie!

Lassie makes a surprise visit at Cesar Milan's 100th Episode Celebration!

	and lassie.net was there to catch all the action! EVERYBODY loves Lassie! Growing up Cesar always was inspired by Lassie and Rin Tin Tin and always wanted to meet them. He got his chance to meet Lassie as she was a surprise guest at the taping of his 100th episode. See videos and photos from the shoot, the after cast party and more here
